If you didn’t know it was there, you’d most definitely miss it. At the very end of a row of shops, tucked into the very corner, stood a tiny bookshop, called the Last Wednesday Society.

The shop front was nothing short of packed. Rows and rows of shelves filled the cramped room. Each of them is filled to bursting with books of every genre imaginable. The front of the shop was crammed with non-fiction, such as various Pokemon species and how to best care for them. Even a few on variant species from places around the world. A plethora of tourism books that best describe the highs and lows of various towns, beaches, and other adventure-like locations.

The back half was more based around the author’s imagination, fiction, and adventures of devilish stories of rouges and pirates, giant monsters, and such. Romance and love, even a few that ended in tragedy.

At the very front, almost completely hidden by a wooden desk with a great wooden till. A thick woolen blanket draped over her legs was the owner of the shop. Quite content with reading one of her own books and being left to her own devices. Lucy turned a page, unaware that anything interesting or anyone interesting might come a-visiting.
